Dear valued customer,
You are receiving this e-mail as a Viable customer because, as CEO of
Snap!VRS, I wanted to personally reach out and inform you that the
Viable VPAD and Viable Vision softphone are being supported by
Snap!VRS.
We at Snap!VRS are known for our high ethical standards, and since
August, Snap!VRS has been providing operational support so that
ViableVRS services and products such as VPADs and Viable Vision could
be maintained.
You can learn more about the support Snap!VRS is providing Viable
customers in a video I have made for you at Viable’s homepage
(captions and ASL version provided).

The telecommunications access of the deaf and hard of hearing
community is important to me personally, and that’s why it is also
important to me that you know you can continue using ViableVRS, VPADs,
and Viable Vision with confidence.
You should also know that Snap!VRS has not been involved in the
investigation by the FBI and the Department of Justice and has
released a statement expressing its deep disappointment about the
unacceptable misuse of VRS by some individuals. Snap!VRS remains
committed to the highest ethical standards in providing deaf and hard
of hearing people with a range of telecommunications choices including
maintaining VPADs, Viable Vision, and ViableVRS.
