An Opportunity to Participate: Fort Worth City Council Meeting 9/14/10
An Opportunity to Participate: Fort Worth City Council Meeting, September
14, 2010, 7:00 PM
I have been asked to share my experiences as a Commissioner on the Fort
Worth Human Relations Commission during the next City Council meeting on
Tuesday, September 14 at 7:00 PM. Because I will be communicating in
American Sign Language with an Interpreter voicing for me, I will need more
time than the 3 minutes allowed for Citizen Presentations. To be allowed 10
minutes to speak, I will need to show that I am representing at least 10
people, who will need to stand when Mayor Mike Moncrief ask for
confirmation. Standing with others is also an opportunity to participate
in local government, and I offer this opportunity to you.

Reductions go to:

The City Council meeting will be held at Fort Worth City Hall located at
1000 Throckmorton, Fort Worth, Texas 76102 in the Council Chambers on the
2nd Floor.

reached at taf003@gmail.com. If you are planning to attend and need
accommodations, please contact Tracy Bancroft-Lasseter ASAP. (See Special
