If you don't have computer and/or video conferencing, (or even hi-speed internet access) go to your local deaf-related service. Dallas, Fort Worth, Austin and Houston have free private video relay computer for you to use during the office hours. Check it out!
For personal use with video conferencing with your friends (deaf or hearing) over internet, you can use ils.deafonline.com (at NetMeeting) - it is open to anybody. |

We
now have Video Relay Service. (VRS) It is same concept as relay service
online but you get to see operator that can sign (certified interpreter)
for you over internet and video conferencing while making phone
call. Video remote interpreting (VRI) is not same as VRS.
